Over the last 20 years, I've held leadership positions with Stryker, Slalom, Gallup, Trinity Health and the University of Michigan. My book, Future-Ready Leadership: Strategies for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Praeger), is the first practical roadmap for meeting the demands of leading amidst uncertainty, volatility, and digital disruption. 

I have the practical experience of leading major changes shoulder-to-shoulder with some of industry's most successful leaders and organizations, and the  expertise to advise clients with cutting-edge methods, insights and strategic foresight.

I ​hold a doctorate in human communication processes from the University of Georgia and bachelor's and master's degrees in human communication studies from Western Michigan University. 

When I'm not reading ​or writing about the ​modern workplace, I enjoy playing guitar, spending time with friends and family, and helping others.
